I am a 5 generation native that was born and raised in Western North Carolina. My wife, Karri and I, have been married for 16 years and we are the parents of a wonderful daughter, Harper Rose and our son, Cash Hyatt. We are actively involved in our local community and our regional community. Supporting several Civic and Non-Profit organizations.

Customer Care Department: Judy Jones is a 30 year veteran in the Insurance Industry in Western North Carolina and specifically Franklin NC. Karri Hamlin bring 5 years of Insurance experience with her to our office. New Business Department: Chris Allen joins our staff 3-4 days per week to assist with personal Insurance. Joby Santoro has 7 years of experience with State Farm. He has 4 generations of family in Highlands NC, where he still lives.
